Performance Exec and Performance Manager:

Flow is looking for an experienced Performance Account Exec and Manager to join our team and work across some new clients in the agency. The right person for this role is a digital platform specialist who also has a deep understanding within platforms, a passion for life and an ongoing curiosity for finding better ways or delivering better results.

This role will:

• Give you experience working on a great ecommerce brands, driving the strategy and execution of performance media channels, including Paid Search, Paid Social & Programmatic.

• Allow you to work alongside some of the most passionate talent in the industry, at one of the most fun agencies in the country, with 9 day fortnights and all the good bits (yes we have won many culture awards)

• Play a role in driving performance across the whole agency, with training and mentoring - and lot’s of cross pod interaction

• Grow in your role, and in the agency, with lots of opportunity for progression.
